Alison Griffiths MP offered her congratulations to the whole team at Arun Tridents Swimming Club for a fantastic gala at Arun Leisure Centre in Felpham held on 22 September.
Over 200 competitors were racing. They train at both Arun Leisure Centre and Littlehampton Wave. Everyone is welcome, and they even have Master’s sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays too.
Talking about the gala, Alison said: "Thank you to former Chair and Treasurer, Bernadette Condron (pictured), for taking taking the time to tell me more about the club. I know from personal experience just how valuable it is to learn good swim technique as a skill to take through life, with huge physical and mental health benefits attached."
